Guillaume Imbert: A senior consultant of Adexen Executive Search
He studied in France and Germany and has got an LLM, an MSc in
Business law and a MSc of international economics from the IEP of Paris.
Mr Imbert has a significant expertise in professional services,
having conducting executive searches for middle managment
and top management for the Logistic sector, Oil&Gas, IT and the
Banking sector for West Africa.
His current responsibilities include the management of high potential
repatriates recruitment programs for international companies.
Anne-Marit van Hoeve : Anne-Marit was born in Uganda and lived in Nigeria too. After obtaining
her Masters in European Studies at the University of Amsterdam she
started a career in recruitment. She worked for diverse Dutch businesses
like KLM, Randstad and Akzo Nobel before joining Heineken where she
worked in HR for the Africa & Middle East Region. Her responsibilities
included amongst others the design of an International Graduate
Recruitment Program. Anne-Marit is very passionate about the African
continent where she has travelled extensively.
Patrice H. Kombot-Naguémon, 36, leads the Oil, Gas & Mining industry practice of Michael Page Africa, the African arm of Michael Page International. Patrice has been in the recruitment consultancy during 6 years, originally in London, specializing in financial and banking markets, then in Paris focusing on African recruitment. His clients portfolio includes Fortunes 50 and smaller industry leading companies recruiting at MD level or executive committee level for their Africa based operations. Having started his career as a Commodity Trader in Geneva, Patrice has been working in Africa during 5 years, as the Managing Director of a raw diamond purchasing company, in CAR. Patrice's life and work experiences include Japan, Switzerland, Germany, England, Central African Republic, Cameroon, Belgium and France. He is gratuated from HEC Geneva and holds both French and CAR citizenship.
Paul Mercier, 44, chartered accountant, is the Executive Director of Michael Page Africa, the African arm of Michael Page International Plc. He and his team recruit managers and senior executives for roles based on the African continent. Paul joined the freshly established french office of Michael Page in 1987, contributing to develop the business to its current market leader position. Amongst other roles, he has been a director of the core Finance discipline in France during the 90's, recruiting CFO's for CAC40 and FTSE100 companies and setting up the Executive search practice in Paris. Previously to the development of Michael Page Africa, in 2005, he spent 5 years as Business Development Director for Continental Europe operations, contributing to the geographical expansion of what has become the largest operating region of this British group.
Joël-Eric MISSAIHNOUN is a Director of AfricSearch, an international firm specialised in detecting talents for Africa, Human Resources Management and Organisation.
Prior to joining AfricSearch, Joël-Eric MISSAIHNOUN was Attorney at Law, Hauts de Seine (France) Bar Association, and has worked as a Corporate international tax specialist with Ernst & Young Paris. While with Ernst & Young, Joël-Eric MISSAINHOUN counselled multinational European companies on investing in Africa and also managing its social issues.
This experience gave him the mindset that led him to join AfricSearch later on and work towards helping to promote African talents.
Joël-Eric MISSAIHNOUN holds a Graduate degree in Banking and Financial law from the University of La Sorbonne in Paris and a Certificate to practice law in France.
